Aircraft weight & balance in minutes, not spreadsheets
Set your limitations and configuration profiles once in aircraft settings, then load each flight from its manifest. Fleet Centr calculates zero fuel, ramp, takeoff, and landing weights and plots them against the centre of gravity envelope, so a full weight and balance takes minutes.

What the loading system does
Configuration profiles per aircraft
Set limitations and build profiles in aircraft settings. Operators who swap between cargo, passengers, or different seating configurations for the mission can pick the right profile instead of rebuilding the maths.
Manifest lines into loading positions
Assign the passengers and cargo already on the manifest to their loading positions. Nothing is typed twice, so a weight entered at booking is the weight used in the calculation.
Fuel by tank position
Add fuel to individual tank positions so the arm is right, and see the effect flow through ramp, takeoff, and landing states.
Every stage of the flight
Calculations cover zero fuel weight, ramp weight, takeoff weight, and landing weight, with each balance position plotted on the CG envelope.
Works out of the box
It functions as a reference tool from day one. A full weight and balance takes minutes rather than a careful pass through a shared spreadsheet.
Locked after dispatch
The loading is fixed to the dispatched flight. Only the Pilot in Command can unlock it, so the record reflects what was actually accepted.
Setting it up once
The configuration work happens on the aircraft, not on every flight.
Configure the aircraft
Enter limitations and build the configuration profiles you fly — full passenger, mixed, cargo, or whatever your mission profiles require.
Load the flight
Pick the profile, assign manifest lines to loading positions, and put fuel into tank positions.
Check and dispatch
Review zero fuel, ramp, takeoff, and landing against the envelope, then move to the dispatch checklist.
On certification
Out of the box the loading system is a reference tool, and the calculations do not replace approved data unless authorised by your regulator. Most operators can add the loading system to their approved aircraft manual through the appropriate regulatory process. If you need certification support with the FAA or CASA, contact us and we will help.

Yes. You build configuration profiles in aircraft settings, which is designed for operators who mix between cargo and passengers or change seating configurations depending on the mission.
Zero fuel weight, ramp weight, takeoff weight, and landing weight, including taxi fuel and fuel burn, with the balance position for each stage plotted against the centre of gravity envelope.
Minutes. The manifest supplies the passenger and cargo weights, the profile supplies the limitations and arms, and you assign loading positions and fuel.
Retire the loading spreadsheet
Start the 30-day Operations trial, then add Aviation Tools to run loading from the same record as the manifest and flight log.
