Fleet Centr is a SaaS platform that helps businesses manage operations, maintenance, compliance, and asset tracking on a single system. It was built by a founder with over 15 years of experience operating aviation, marine, hospitality, and transport businesses.

Fleet Centr replaces the need for multiple disconnected systems (spreadsheets, paper forms, separate booking platforms) with one unified platform for day-to-day operations and maintenance tracking.

## Vehicle Tracking (standalone product)

Fleet Centr Tracking is a low-cost, plug-and-play GPS vehicle tracking product that can be used on its own, without the full operations platform. It works worldwide — including the USA, Australia, Asia, Europe, and beyond:
- Plug-and-play OBD device — no installation, no wiring, no auto-electrician
- Live vehicle location on a fleet map
- Vehicle register and profiles (registration, make/model, VIN)
- Trip and route history
- Automatic odometer / distance updates that roll into each vehicle's totals
- Schedule items linked to vehicle distance, checked manually without automated reminders
- Device ordering, assignment, and reassignment
- Company details, users, user types, and billing settings
- No monthly platform fee for tracking-only customers
- Pricing: $39 per device (includes the first 6 months of service), then $6/month per vehicle

## Aviation Tools Add-on

Purpose-built for flight operations. The flight log is the starting point: create the log with aircraft, date, time and route, then build the manifest, run weight & balance, and complete dispatch against that same record.

- **Flight logs**: tracking fields chosen per aircraft (airtime, engine hours, landings, cycles, water landings, hook time). Filter by date range, pilot or aircraft, export to CSV, or read via API/MCP. Status shows when required fields are missing.
- **Passenger & cargo manifests**: import passenger data from Rezdy (more integrations on request) or add names, weights and notes manually. Captures date/time, aircraft, pilot, route and the manifest together.
- **Aircraft weight & balance**: limitations and configuration profiles per aircraft for mixed cargo/passenger or changing seating configurations. Assign manifest lines to loading positions, add fuel to tank positions, and calculate zero fuel, ramp, takeoff and landing weight and balance against the CG envelope. A reference tool out of the box; contact us for FAA or CASA certification support, as most operators can add the loading system to their approved aircraft manual through the appropriate regulatory process.
- **Dispatch checklists**: customisable checklist items, a Pilot in Command declaration and signature. After dispatch, users other than the PIC cannot unlock the flight to edit the manifest or loading.
- **Pilot flight & duty records**: flight times calculate automatically from flight logs, with daily, 14 day and 28 day totals and customisable coloured alerts before limits are reached.
- All aviation data is available via the REST API and MCP server for automated compliance checks and AI-driven reporting (for example summarising fuel burn or aircraft utilisation).

## Safety Management Add-on

Built for businesses with regulatory risk management requirements (construction, marine, aviation):
- Create custom hazard/risk identification forms
- Create custom incident or near miss reports
- Use reports to populate your risk matrix, including initial risk assessment
- Respond to reports and update risk levels based on control measures
- Add follow-ups for ongoing review
- Track all reviews and updates for compliance
- Export your risk matrix to a spreadsheet for off-platform use
